Everyone who calls comes with their own unique situation and concerns.
Often it's hard to know where to start, but we can help you to talk about what's on your mind.
We won't ask for any personal details - you don't even have to give your name if you don't want to. But if you do give us details about yourself - for example, so that we can send you information about a specific source of help - then we will treat it confidentially.

Many callers find that just sharing their problems with a sympathetic listener is a big help. It's not always easy to find the right person to talk to, especially if you are trying to protect your loved ones from your anxieties. But once you put your worries into words, it can be easier to take control of them again. We can't tell you what to do, but we can help you talk through your problems and options, and find a way forward.
If you need advice and practical help, we can put you in touch with a range of organisations that can help with, for example, debt management (whether personal or business related), health issues, relationships and family matters.
If you are going through a crisis it may be that RSABI can assist with essential household costs. If this is the case we can assist you to to apply.
